Large Groups – Hen & Stag parties

The size of the properties make them ideal for both Hen and Stag parties but as the properties are set in a residential area we ask you to bear this in mind when considering the suitability of the 1908 Lodge as a venue for your party. If complaints of undue noise are received from any of the neighbouring properties during your stay, a £150 call out fee will be charged and deducted from the damage deposit.

We can assist with your party arrangements and can help source party supplies/glass hire, balloon decorations for the house and activities for your group during your stay.

As guests of the 1908 Lodge you receive free membership of The Lightship bar which is permantly berthed at Haslar Marina. Free welcome drinks* can also be arranged for you at Landers Steakhouse, also in the marina, an excellent place to have drinks before catching the Gosport Ferry across to Gunwharf Quays.

* Complimentary jug of Pimms or bottle of wine per 5 guest’s dependant on availability.
