Wing 1 is the larger of the two Wings (over 3000
sq ft) with seven bedrooms, five of which are ensuite, two dining
rooms and two living rooms.
All double bedrooms feature zip and link beds giving you the choice
of a superking double or two single beds. This means greater flexibility
making the property ideal for larger groups, hen and stag parties.

to a second downstairs WC, utility Room which has a washing machine,
tumble dryer and large freezer, iron, ironing board and clothes
airer. A selection of books and family games are provided
Kitchen – fully equipped with base and wall units, 2 sinks, 6 burner
gas hob and double width oven, microwave, two kettles and toasters
and a large fridge. There is ample rockery, cutlery and cooking
equipment to cater for up to 19 guests
First Floor
Bedroom 3 – double bedroom with ensuite shower room, TV, wardrobe
Bedroom 4 – double bedroom with ensuite shower room, TV, built in
wardrobe
Main Lounge – large lounge with leather sofas and bean bags providing
plenty of seating for guests. 32” flat screen TV with surround sound

Bedroom 7 – bunk bed room, wardrobe
Total occupancy 19 guests.
Travel cots and high chairs are available on request, guests need
to supply their own cot bedding.
Outside
The house has a very large 14 x 39 metre rear garden which is completely
enclosed with a patio area at each end and lawn in the middle. An
inflatable hot tub is available for use from March – October. Sun
loungers and a gas BBQ are also supplied.
Off road parking for 6 – 8 cars at the front of the property.
